The entry to the waterpark is to be paid on site. Camping Duinrell. Holland South Holland Camping Duinrell. Paid entrance. Large assortment. Tube slide. Outdoor pool.Super, very friendly staff, clean and well maintained accommodation. The kids are very well catered for, could not fault our time there. Really very well run Duingalaows as accommodation. The pool area is spotless, and the entire place feels, very safe.

Our second visit to Durinell and fourth with eurocamp. Amusement park plus facilities excellent but caravans are getting worn. Last visit the outdoor pool was included now you pay. Shame on you eurocamp. This was our second visit this year. Wassenaar Town is so lovely and Duinrell theme park is good.

They have everything onsite, really there is now need to leave or venture outside. Duinrell is a great place, we had 2 teenagers one who likes rides one who doesn't, there is something for everyone there, so much to do and the waterpark was great. However if it's a hot day and you just want a pool day, outdoor pool cannot cater the demand and you still have to pay to go in. Accommodation we stayed with eurocamp and you get what you pay for, it wouldn't be what I would choose but it's ok for the small amount of time we were in it.

We have come exhausted as there is so much going on. It was good to do a bit of the park and then go out and explore the local area, rather than having to do rides and queue all day. Amazing icecream parlour in Wassenaar is a mustas is the Pancake house opposite. Holland is lovely but even the local Jumbo supermarket expensive. Definitely worth a visit, you won't get bored, and with teenagers that's a successful holiday! We spent a week here with a group of families.

Travelled from Harwich on the overnight ferry. The ferry was great and rooms were brilliant and very comfy.Own or manage this property? Duinrell bungalow park. Camping - Duinrell

Property amenities. Free parking. Bicycle rental.Just returned from a great holiday in Duinrell: 'our best holiday ever! I wanted to summarise some of our findings in an easily readable way so here goes: Accommodation: This seems to vary greatly.

We had a Duingalow 5 berth with veranda which was in one of the quieter areas of the park - it was good, very well equipped, TV had BBC1,2,3, and Cbeebies channel 37 ish which was useful and a microwave oven and hob NB. The kitchen was well equipped but could have done with a sharper knife for onions etc. Water temp in the shower was excellent and lasted for all 5 of us to have long showers.

We saw other 'chalets' from eg. Eurocamp, selectcamp, keycamp etc and they looked a lot more crowded though I can't comment more than that as I didn't see inside them. It closes at 8pm so don't get caught out! Freshly baked pain au chocolate at 8am were Freshly baked pain au chocolate at 8am were lovely! To get to the offsite one 5 mins bike rideturn left out of the site, go to the traffic lights, turn right then at the next traffic lights turn right again NB this is a one way no entry for cars but fine for bikes - if you're in the car take the right after the lights and then right again though not sure where you would park!

There is a wine shop and Kellies? Wassenaar centre - go out the site and straight across the road, down the side of the church. The pool: We were lucky enough to get a special offer of 'book before end of January' direct with Duinrell which gave us unlimited entry in the pool at any time of day for unlimited time so we saw it at all times of day except for really late on when I get the feeling, locals come to it Because our daughter was under cm we also on a weds and saturday got to go in early at 9am which was great.

The queues to get in can grow long, mainly because the system for entrance is slow. Advice: get there early if possible. Go in swim stuff and leave wrapped in towels to go back to your accommodation rather than attempting the chaotic showers and changing rooms. If your child is under cm take armbands : even if they can swim they WILL be asked to wear them - the lifeguards were quite keen on this message.

Our older children were about 5cm too short for 3 of the slides, they went on anyway we tested them out first and did get challenged but only as they came out of the slides, not before they went on! IMPORTANT: your entrance card is also your locker 'key' - don't leave it in there as so many people did: you need it to get out and will pay a 5 euro fine if you lose it!

The attraction park: Our kids loved it! That said, we didn't queue more than 5 mins for any ride. Take it easy and do a few rides a day - explore the site, there are hidden slides, trails etc all over the place. We found the assistants very strict about the ride height - if your child is cm they won't get on to a cm ride unless they wear big shoes! Some rides allow smaller children to go on, if accompanied by an older person.

The food in the park isn't anything great - we tended to take sandwiches or pop back to our duingalow to eat. Our boys 8 and 9 years enjoyed the soccer tournaments book early at the La Place registration area downstairs and the mini games night.

Duinrell with al fresco - Duinrell

Apart from that, nothing else impressed them - the shows are in Dutch for obvious reasons though the songs are in english so we gave them a miss. Cycling: We took bikes and went one day to Wassenaar beach left out of site, right at the traffic lights and then follow the signs - all cycle paths these correspond to the side of the road for driving unless it's a 2-way cycle path, then stay on the right hand side of the white line We went to Scheveningen which is a lovely seafront - compare it to Brighton - a 19km round ride, again all sideposted, turn right out of the Duinrell site.

Bikes seem to have the right of way or have their own crossing buttons. Overall we had a fantastic holiday - we were very lucky with the weather, and will definitely come again next time for a week rather than 10 days More. Arrived at the camp 40 minutes from leaving the ferry terminal at Rotterdam.

Arrival at the camp was straight forward. Unfortunately had we arrived after 4pm that is what would have happened but due to the ferry getting inat 9am and arriving at camp 40 minutes later, we were allowed to park the car in the campsite grounds and wander around until your accommodation was ready. With the car full of our wordly goods I was apprehensive of leaving it while we went lookabout in the 'attractipark'but needn't have worried as everyone was doing there own thing.

We went on rollercoaster rides, train rides, etc and the best of it all was that it was free. After spending 4 hours milling about we went in search of the canvas reps who at just after 2pm, had told us our mobile home was ready and then walked us there.

On arrival the 'digs' were very clean and tidy.I won a prize!!! A midweek or weekend in this ressort!! I went there with 3 other grown- up people ,we got a duingalow a bungalow for 4 persons!! The whole park was very clean and the personeel was very kind!!!

We enjoyed a little week sun good food at he restaurants from "la place "the swimmingpoole was okay!!! Spent 6 nights here in september. I want to be fair to duinrell site so i think 3 is fair. Accomodation:3 bed espace through eurocamp. Ok so if you book this you must read between the lines. You do not get modern amenities in it. Its very tired and you have no toaster or electric kettle or grill in oven. Just a horrid baking tray.

Duinrell Holiday Park - Duinrell

No tv and a seen better days 3 seater sofa. Large n modern this aint. Shower is dangerous. Its either boiling hot or freezing.

Duinrell, Wassenaar

Beds are terrible n slats broken. I could go on. The theme park. Everyday of our stay we had to battle with school trips. Not 1 a day or 2 but 8 or 9 schools packing the place out. So our 2 year old only got a fair shot at the park on monday our last day. Then the "tina magazine concert" what a nightmare.

The bike hire is tremendous. Get out n about. I put the lad on front in seat and we went beach and leiden. Safe riding all the way. Well worth it. Food everywhere excellent can not knock it at all.

Fresh everywhere. Unreal honest. The eurocamp staff do there best and this review is not a slant on them what so ever.

Enjoyed our experience if duinrell and surrounding towns including bus n train to amsterdam but wont be returning. If you have kids, then this is the place to keep them amused, the theme park is free to access if staying on site and is excellent, as is the water park too.Own or manage this property? DUINRELL: A FAMILY HOLIDAY PARK IN HOLLAND

Paid wifi. Lazy river. Indoor pool. Outdoor pool. Heated pool. Coffee shop. Water park. Table tennis. Kids' outdoor play equipment. Convenience store. Gift shop. Self-serve laundry.Duinrell parc is fabulous - lots to do and everything you need on site.

The pool is amazing and In good weather outdoor pool great too. We stayed with al fresco because we had used them before in France and found them excellent. The reps in duinrell were great and very helpful but the caravan itself was in need of some work Broken sofa, blind and sun umbrella We went there with 3 teenagers and all had great fun.

There are various rides, some for small children, some wild rides for older ones, all in a nice forest park. We were there on a Friday in July and the waiting times for the rides were quite ok, typically between 5 and 15 minutes. There are also many family restaurants, we ate some nice dutch pancakes.

Stayed in Duinrell for 5 nights with our two 16 year old daughters and our four month old baby. The girls loved it we thought they may be a bit old for it but instead they made loads of friends and even became upset when leaving.

They hired a tandem and cycled to the beach using google maps!! Wassener was a lovely quiet village perfect for the adults to relax only 5 minutes walk away, jumbo the offsite supermarket great selection and easily walked to. Cheaper than the one in duinrell. The mobile was very basic but had all the essentials we needed. Cannot recommend highly enough will certainly go back when the baby is older.

I've not sure whether to be embarrassed or not, but we've just returned from our 7th Duinrell holiday and have already booked the 8th. Every year we think, "We'll do something new next year", then somebody else will say they're going, and we can't resist! For us it's just been fun, fun, fun from the moment we wake up until the moment we fall into bed! And many of the people we're returning with are friends we've made at Duinrell in previous years!

One year we camped, which was great. Every other visit has involved staying in an Al Fresco cabin. Every year the park takes up a couple of days of our week, the Tikibad gets better and better Titan, the new ride, was great despite our friend's daughter partially slipping through the float and hurting herself and I look forward to seeing what's new for !

The beach and Wassenaar are fantastic - a ride to the sea is a must! And it's so well located that trips to Leiden, The Hague, the Dam and Harleem are all easily and well worth doing. We've been with children 9 months - 12 years, and they've all loved it. So much to do and nothing like the hell of a UK theme park can be! Thoroughly recommend. We chose this location as our summer destination based on recommendations posted on tripadvisor and I think it was the right choice.

Located in the middle of a forest, this site consists of a camp site, a fun park and a water park. The fun park is free for people staying at the campsite plus free hours at the water park three hours in our case due to early booking. We stayed in a duingalow close to the central plaza. We reached duinrell before noon and were able to check in, but as indicated on their website we were not allowed to go into our duingalow before 3pm.

Note that if you are not coming by car you have to carry all your luggage to your duingalow on foot since apparently they not have means to deliver your bags to your duingalows. Duingalow was clean but a bit dated, wear and tear and stain marks could be seen at certain spots.
